You will see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing reviews and customer data stay exactly where they are. Nothing gets deleted or paused - you just cannot send new review requests until you pick a paid plan.
Absolutely. There are no annual contracts and no cancellation fees. You can downgrade or cancel from your account settings in two clicks. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you come back.
Every plan includes review generation. Quote follow-ups and rebooking reminders are included at every tier too - you simply do not have to use them. Most contractors end up trying them once they see how reviews work and realize how much revenue they were leaving on the table.
